2. Use the booking form on the main page:
- Specify the point of departure and destination.
- Choose the date and time of your trip.
- Specify the number of passengers.
- Choose a car class from the available options.
3. Click the "Book" button and fill in additional information (name, contact phone number, additional requests, if any).
4. Confirm your reservation.
5. You will receive confirmation to the specified email address or via instant messengers (WhatsApp/Telegram). Our manager will contact you for more details if necessary.

We offer several convenient payment methods:
1. Payment via bank card:
— Via a bank card (UZCARD, HUMO, Visa, MasterCard, SBERBANK).
- Electronic wallets (PayPal, Payme, etc., if supported).
2. Cash payment:
- Payment to the driver after the trip is completed.
3. Payment via instant messengers:
- Support for link payment via WhatsApp/Telegram (optional).
4. Cashless payment for corporate clients:
- Invoice processing and payment via the bank (available at the conclusion of the contract).
We understand that plans may change, so we offer flexible cancellation conditions:
1. Free cancellation:
- You can cancel your order without penalty at least 24 hours before the trip time.
2. Cancel in less than 24 hours:
- A fine of 50% of the order price will be charged, as the car and driver are already reserved.
3. Cancellation less than 2 hours before the trip or no-show of the client:
- 100% of the order price is charged.
4. If you need to make changes to the order (time, place of departure, etc.), please contact us in advance and we will try to find a solution.
1. Let us know if there is a delay:
— If your flight is delayed, please contact us via phone or instant messengers so that we can adjust the pick-up time.
2. Flight monitoring:
— If you specified a flight number when booking, we track its status in real time and automatically adjust the pick-up time to the new schedule.
3. Waiting for the driver:
— We provide 1 hour of waiting for free after the time specified in the booking.
— If the waiting time is longer than 1 hour, an additional fee may apply (indicated in the terms and conditions).
4. Car delivery guarantee:
— Your car will be waiting for you, even if the flight is delayed, so that you can safely complete the journey.
